MUST LIVE IN ROCHESTER, NY AREA TO ADOPT. Preference given to having a physically fenced in yard.

Meet Charles a Bichon, born 05/17/2016, who joined us after his time was up being used for breeding in a puppy mill.
Charles is a sweet loving boy. LOVES attention and snuggling. Great with other dogs and cats. Very good with kids 5 and up. Doesn't like leash yet but does like being outside. Almost house trained, is crate trained. Once he nurtured will house train quickly. Smart little bugger!!
He will be going to her adoptive home under a foster to adopt contract until his neuter/dental is complete. You would be required to get him to our clinic morning of neuter or to foster night before. Adoption will then be finalized after Neuter/dental. For this reason, we will not adopt to anyone outside our adoption area. We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.
