Meet Chanterelle
Chanterelle
3 years old, Female, Lab Mix
Meet Chanterelle! This affectionate mother is eager to join you in whatever activity you're engaged in. She thrives during bike rides and thoroughly enjoys leisurely, scent-filled walks. Her enthusiasm is contagious, always expressing her joy in a positive manner. After showering you with exuberant greetings, she's perfectly content to rest her head on your lap. Chanterelle is well-suited for a household with children, although it's advisable to avoid homes with chickens due to her playful nature! Come meet this amazing mama!
Thinking of adopting a puppy? Please consider the amount of time and attention that will need to be dedicated to raising a dog from puppyhood. Committing time every day to helping them to learn to love the world around them i.e. people, animals, sights, sounds, smells, objects etc is of the utmost importance to raising a well adjusted dog. Puppies that are not well socialized to the world around them can develop fear and anxiety later in life. Before considering adopting a puppy please make sure that you have the time and patience to dedicate to a puppy!
THE AAC IS OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
To set up a meet and greet, please fill out a dog adoption application ASAP or if you have already submitted one with us, call/email to put your name in line. We will form a line like usual based on who has an active and approved application in. We will go through our line to set up a private meet and greet for potential adopters to foster. 307-739-1881 adopt@animaladoptioncenter.org
Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy. Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.
