CHANEL is a wonderful sweet young adult who will love you unconditionally and who needs you to do the same for her.

She came from a family who loved her, but there may have been some difficulties finding a balance between the needs of the young child in the home, and Chanel's needs. The sad end result is that when inside a house, Chanel is fearful, hides, urinates submissively, and tries to crawl into the smallest space, under a bed, or into a corner.

Compare the photo of her hiding, to the other photos of her taken the same day - the happy, confident, ray of sunshine she becomes when she is out walking or hiking with her canine pals. She is great in a car, and loves to be out and about with her person.

So, the challenge will be to rebuild her ability to be comfortable inside a home. She loves children and will climb into their lap if they approach her slowly. But her terror indoors can unsettle even the most loving and careful child. An adult home may be best, perhaps one where gentle children visit.

She is the sweetest creature, so if you have the time and the heart - this little dog will love you for it.
