Chance spent the last 2 months at Memphis Animal Services and is only about 4 months old now. He was a surrender or a return hard to tell from the paperwork I received. Just a baby growing up at a shelter. I was lucky to attend the Petfinder Adoption Options Seminar on Monday where I first met Chance. Sue Sternberg was giving a presentation on training and behavior of shelter dogs and Chance was her last dog to work with that day. I met him in the hallway and fell in love with the bouncing black and tan boy....I have a weakness for the black and tan. He hadn't been on a leash much and was just a tad bit wild but very sweet. But after Sue worked with him and he did his lay down on the t-shirts and got his belly rub I knew I was hooked. Just look at that adorable face full of love and willing to learn what is expected of him. He'll do whatever you want for a belly rub!!! Now is his Chance to grow up being loved and cared for...Save1Pet is so happy he has joined us so we will be able to help him to his FURever home!

Chance is neutered, micro-chipped, current on vaccines and preventatives.

His adoption fee is $120.

Save 1 Pet is a 501 (c) 3 approved charity committed to helping homeless animals. We don't have a facility (shelter) but work out of our homes to foster the animals until they find a forever home.

Please be advised that for all adoptions, we will conduct reference checks, including veterinary references. Our adoption fee for dogs includes spay/neuter, heart worm check, current vaccines, microchip, worming and heart worm/flea/tick prevention.
For dog adoptions, we do conduct fence verifications.
