Champ enjoys being petted and will nuzzle your hand to get head rubs. He is also good cuddler and will enjoy time with his people. He will keep you laughing with his love of squeaky toys and balls. He hasn't learned to bring the ball back but loves to chase it making up his own game of fetch! He plays well with other dogs and enjoys being outside with you. He will be easy to train as he is food motivated and will learn his sit's, downs and comes quickly. We estimate his size to be around 40 lbs when fully grown. He is medium energy and when he met the foster's cat he didn't really know what to think of it so he just ignored it. As a puppy, they adapt to living with a cat who's there. He doesn't have a strong prey drive so I feel they would be fine together. He loves kids! Champ was found as a stray in an abandoned house all alone. No idea how he got there or who just left him but he doesn't hold a grudge. He might be a little shy at first meeting but warms up to you and will give you big puppy dog eyes filled with love. His foster reports that he uses the doggie door to go outside to go potty. He was a little nervous at his photo shoot but after a few treats he relaxed. He is a very sweet, fun loving puppy and will make a great family dog.
