Champ's Story

Chunk had to be given up after his owner's home caught fire. He lived with an elderly man and several other shepards. His mother was 1/2 german Shepard and 1/2 Malinois. His father was full shepard. While he was loved in the first year of his life he had not been socialized much. Chunk is very submissive with people and other dogs. He does enjoy the companionship of other dogs though and has had no problems getting along with puppies, small dogs or other males. We were also told that he had been fine around cats in his previous home. Chunk is very eager to please but will require some patience while he learns to trust new people. He is crate trained and housetrained.

Please visit our website www.fodrescue.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
