My name is Cerys and I was found running away from a pack of dogs… (I was in heat as unfortunately I was not spayed, and on top of it I was homeless). No thank you, I say for this dating service! No puppies for me please.

I hope to find someone who will foster me forever and we can happily live together.

I will be spayed of course, and local foster close to Puerto Vallarta would be amazing to make sure that Sula’s vet can look after my future medical needs. Vaccination here, deworming there – we all know that having someone to count on during medical situations is a huge deal.

As we enjoy life, we can stroll wherever we fancy, people watch as you sip your favorite cocktail or binge watch your favorite show. In the great scheme of life my needs are not big. Safe home, love, food, and you – a short list to make an older girl happy.

What I have to offer is myself, unedited and unscripted. Full of love, and hope. Imagine: it is late at night, and you cannot sleep. You go to the kitchen to get some water (or ice cream) and you wonder how you will function the next day if you don’t get some rest… Then, all of the sudden you hear my breath.. In and out, in and out. Quiet, even, peaceful. As you finish your ice cream, ooops, I mean water, you catch yourself drifting away to sleep listening to my breath. Just there in this moment the world stops, and before you completely fall asleep on the couch you write on the notepad: get more ice cream and dog cookies.

We adopt out our dogs locally in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico as well as Canada and the United States. Once adopted we fly the dog with a volunteer flight angel to their forever home (nearest airport.)

We are a group of volunteers led by mother-daughter team Barbara and Lisa who provide veterinary care, shelter, and rehabilitation for dogs in Puerto Vallarta.
