Despite everything, Cecily is sweet, loving, and ready for a fresh start with a family who will give her the care and attention she truly deserves. This precious girl is hoping to find her forever home where she can finally experience the love, warmth, and comfort of a devoted family.

Cecily recently went on a weekend visit with a volunteer, and this is what she had to say: "I had friends come over and Cecily just ABSORBED all the loving! She is so laid back, just wants to hang out with you. She takes treats gently, knows "stay," waits to do her personal business until taken outside, and seems to ask permission with her eyes to follow you around."

Cecily has been a little overwhelmed during playgroups at the shelter so she has been hanging out with other gentle and mellow pups to help her grow her confidence.
