Meet Cayden KP
Howdy! That is Texan for hello. Wiggy waggety wag…that is dog for hello. I am bilingual now that I have been living with a Foster Mommy. I am just under 1 year old and weigh ruffly 40 pounds of lean machine. I had owners who gave me away, then a lady found me on the street and come to find out I am on my 5th home already and really lookin’ to finally settle down and plant some toots…or is that roots….yes it’s roots, not toots, nobuddy wants those planted.
I mostly look like a small lanky Pitbull, but I do the Pointer dog stance and my coloring is remininscent of a Pointer doggie too, so they think I have some in me. Either way I have very cool markings, expressive eyes, and brindle highlights on my black coat accented by white blazes.
I’m very sweet, loyal and devoted. I like everyone and everything! I have a healthy appetite! I droolz a lots when I have to wait in my crate for meal time! I am a slobberasarus, very slobbery. I still like to put my slobber and teefers on stuffs in the house, but I am learning that some things are a no-chew and some things are a yes-chew. Life tip…there are way more no-chews than yes-chews.
I mostly follow the resident doggies and learn good boy rules from them. The only thing I do that they don’t do is talk to my Foster Mommy. I bark at Foster Mommy when she says no no. I am not sassy. I’m just trying to tell her how I feel and ask questions about why some many things are no no’s! I bork when I play too. I have a big sister who looks just like me! We twins! She is fast but I try to catch her when we run and wrestle! I am practicing my big boy bark and it sounds really fierce, but then I jump up and lick your face!
I am crate and house trained for the most part but do still have the occasional accident, but only if I bork bork bork to be let out and Foster Mommy doesn’t get it that I mean NOW, when you gotta go, you gotta go! But most of the time, I hold it good and Foster Mommy says I’m a good boy! Foster Mommy does recommend a wire crate for me, because I like to chew on my crate when I get bored even though I am fairly certain it is on the no-chew list.
I am fun and playful and get along with other playful dogs and even cats. Sometimes I have to tone it down a few notches because I can be overwhelming and presumptious that every dog wants to be my friend and you know what, some cats and dogs are really put off by overly friendly guys like me. So only extra-verts apply for me only please, because I am very extra and have a mega FRIENDLY outlook on life!
I love toys especially a Kong toy frozen with a yummy slurpy goodie inside. Helpful hint, that is one way to keep me busy for a while. I know that dog beds are very comfortable, but couches are better! We can watch sappy romantic movies while I nibble on my nylabone on the couch.
I’m really handsome and goofy and make my Foster Mommy laugh. You canb see lots of updates, pictures and videos of me doing my thang at this place cuz my mommy says I’m very photogenic, whatever that means! If you like fun guys that are also handsome studs, you will love me!
