Meet Casper
Casper is a smart happy little white Chihuahua with personality plus! He is 8 years old and weights only 5lbs. He has a lot of love to give and tends to attach himself to one person and desires to be with that person 24/7.
He gets along with other small dogs well but prefers to be center stage. Casper responds appropriately to sit, come, stay, wait, potty outside, go lay down, come here, up, down, snuggles time. He does not do well crated or kenneled and hates to be left alone . He does not do well with strangers and children in that he barks and may nip at their ankles.
Casper uses a potty pad indoors and also is potty trained to go outside in a fenced in area. He was recently diagnosed with early stages of an enlarged heart and heart murmur. He should do well on daily meditation and will need regular vetting appointments to monitor and regulate his treatment. We are hoping to find the right person that is willing to commit to his care.
