Say hello to Casper! This majestic man is a 3-year-old, 105-pound Great Pyrenees. He's a well-behaved boy who knows basic commands and walks well on a leash when he knows his person is in control. True to his breed, Casper loves patrolling his yard and will alert his family any time there's activity around his home. He'd love a family that spends a lot of time outdoors and has a large fenced-in yard for him to enjoy. He can be wary of strangers and responds well to slow introductions--he'll let you know when he's ready to be friends! And once you've gained his trust, you'll have a loyal companion who follows you around everywhere. Small children and homes with a lot of noise and activity tend to make him anxious, so Casper is asking for his future family to be kid-free. He's fostered with cats, who he enjoys following around and sniffing, and dogs of all sizes, though he prefers other low-key, independent dogs. Casper's adoption fee is $250.00

All of our dogs come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where dogs can be seen during the week.
