Casper is a super special boy who is deaf. Even though Casper is deaf he has been trained with sign language and knows many commands. Casper is house broken and crate trained. Separation anxiety is very common for deaf dogs so Casper has a special crate that will go with him when adopted. His crate is his safe place that he loves and helps him feel safe when his people are not home. Casper LOVES his people. All he wants most in the worls is to be near his person. Casper loves everyone adults and kids.
