Cary's Story

Cary is a Pomsky who was surrendered to Husky House from another rescue after initially being saved from a puppy mill. Cary is a nervous dog and it takes her a long time to decompress and be comfortable around people. She has been in a foster home for a while with several other dogs and kids and is getting better every day. She's improved greatly on her leash skills (when she arrived, we couldn't even get a harness on her!) She warms up faster to men than to women. She will need a very patient owner who will give her space to get comfortable in her new home.
