Meet Carter! Starting life as the runt of the litter has not slowed Carter down one bit! He has lived with dogs, cats, kids and other farm animals in his foster home! He looks more like the rottie side of the family! Carter is playful, boisterous and incredibly cute! He is crate trained, knows the sit command and is learning to walk on a leash.
