Meet Carter
Meet cutie Carter! This sweet baby had a very rough start to life, as someone discarded him in a dumpster. This beautiful boy deserves the best family and he’s ready and waiting to meet them!
Carter is coming along with potty training and follows his foster brothers out to the yard to do his business. He’s a typical puppy so his new family will need to be prepared to work on socializing and training - with lots of love along the way!
Carter is playful but also will paw at you to pick him up to snuggle. And who wouldn’t want to snuggle with this floof ball?!
