Meet Carmela - APPROVED ADOPTER

Carmela is a 18 month old, 15 lbs female Labradoodle. She is very friendly. playful and affectionate once she gets to know you. She may be shy in the beginning because of her background, having come from a puppy mill. She can be skittish when she isn't sure and/or in new situations but once she gets to know and trust you she is very loving. She gets along well with other dogs, but she also loves getting your undivided attention and is very happy to lay close to you on the couch. She loves playing with her toys and running around with them in the backyard. Because she is young, she does have energy so a well FENCED YARD is a must so she can run and play. She is crate trained and very good about going potty as soon as you take her outside. Because she can still be a little skittish, it's important that her adopter be patient to earn her trust and allow her to acclimate to new situations. Will not be a good fit for a family with children under 14 years.
