Meet Carmel
Carmel is estimated to be around 3 years old. She can be in a home with children 7 years old and up.
Carmel is a gorgeous little girl that we would describe as cautious. The loud shelter and completely new environment makes her a little nervous, but if you let her move at her own pace and give her lots of positive affirmations, she will warm up and want to soak in all of your love. She needs a patient and calm family that is willing to work with her on overcoming her uncertainty in new places. Once she is comfortable she may be more active.
