Meet Carlito
Carlito is a stunning German Shepherd mix. He's around year and a half old and 30 lbs. Carlito loves to play with everyone! He's extremely shy with people, but with patience and love his confidence will grow and he'll make a wonderful and loyal companion!
This sweet boy had a rough start but came back strong! He was rescued with 2 broken legs and was heartworm positive. He's been treated for the heartworm and surgery repaired one of his legs. The other leg is missing the heel bone of the foot, but he walks just fine and doesn't seem to be in any discomfort. He'll need to be on monthly heartworm preventatives for the rest of his life.
