Meet Carl
Hey there, Hi there!! My name is Carl, and I am the sweetest of boys! I had a rough start in life, and the warriors at WAAL stepped up and got me the best foster family ever! The WAAL welfare team came to visit me, and I was covered in fleas and my skin was really itchy and dry, but I'm all better now. I'm learning all the commands that get me treats and I love to listen with one ear cocked up and offer feedback with my new found puppy voice! I'm still young, so I'm still learning manners, what to chew on and what to leave alone, and leash skills. I will need a family that's patient and understands that puppies need to be trained to be their best selves. I love to play with other dogs but would be fine as an only dog. I'm always ready for anything: go outside, play, go for a ride, go to bed, get in the crate and I love snuggling with you in a blanket!
