Radar Chihuahua & Miniature Pinscher Mix Glastonbury, CT

Radar is a handsome Chihuahua/MinPin mix or at least that's what we think he is! He's around 4 years old and 10-12 lbs with nice long legs. He found himself at the pound in Eastern CT and The Chi Society thought he would be better off in a loving home so we could see what kind of guy he is....here's what his foster Mom says about him:
"He is very special- likes to sleep with his person. Can jump on to most furniture without help. Does snuggle but he also moves away or gets up.
People, other dogs, various vehicles have passed "his" windows. Great interest, no barking so far.
Very interested in the cat, but has not done any chasing.....He might know Sit! He's active, so a fenced in yard and lots of walks would work well for him.

We have discovered two things about Radar through trial and error. First, Radar would do well in a female only home. He was previously adopted and he became overly protective of the woman in the home to the point of biting her grown son. He is currently in a female only foster home and has not displayed those actions. Second, Radar needs to be the only dog, King of the Castle if you will. He can be quite jealous of other dogs.
