Meet Captain Jack
Meet Captain Jack! He is around 11 years old and weighs 24 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, and microchipped. He does not take any medications.
Captain Jack is blind but gets around just fine once he knows the layout and he hears okay! He can't easily jump up on furniture these days so will need a little help to snuggle with you. He tends to mind his own business during the day and enjoys naps on the couch. At night he is content to sleep at the foot of his foster's bed. He doesn't prefer to be kenneled but does seem to enjoy finding an empty crate to take a nap in. He is a very Netflix and chill kind of guy.
This sweet senior boy is house trained and will give you a little bark when he needs to go outside. Captain Jack does well with other dogs but doesn't prefer puppies that can be rambunctious and all up in his business. We're unsure how he is with cats, but would probably do just fine with respectful cat friends. Since he is an older gentleman and can't see, he would do best in a home without small children. He does have some long locks and will require routine grooming to keep him looking dapper and feeling good.
We know there are some senior lovers out there with a Captain Jack sized place in their heart, just waiting for him!
