Captain America (Cappie) Weimaraner Grand Rapids, MI

Meet Captain America - Cappie for short - he is a terrific, young rambunctious 8 month old pup that is ready for his forever home! He does great getting along with all the dogs in his foster home, however, he can be a bit tenacious and therefore more senior dogs can tire quickly with his puppy antics. He loves going to doggy daycare and is a popular fellow there with all the staff. Cappie is looking for a home that is active, preferably with another dog in the home to help continue his canine teachings and has some experience working with younger weims. He is a typical puppy and can be toothy so while good with children he can get a little carried away with play and therefore if your home has children they should be educated on how to interact with dogs and, of course, should always be supervised when together. Cappie is a bit on the smaller side having had some digestive issues when younger. He is fine now and is catching up on his growth curve but will always be a bit of a smaller male. Cappie loves to ride in the car and is well behaved when traveling. He is not abarker but will join in if the others start the pack off.
