Meet Cap

Cap is a 5 year old Chihuahua mix that came to The Animal Care Society from an overcrowded shelter in Tennessee. Cap is a goofy dude. He has what some call 'small dog syndrome' so we have to remind him that he's not as big and bad as he thinks he is. Cap may be apprehensive about meeting new people but once he warms up, he will melt in your lap.
