Meet CANELA
She is SUPER sweet but a little shy at first. She seems like she might prefer men but is loving to everyone. She has done well with our two female dogs although now she is feeling better and more energetic, she and my female corgi (who is very bossy) are getting a little snarky with each other - nothing serious so far. The other behavior that has come with more energy is chasing the cats! I don't think she wants to hurt them but she does want to chase them and will even search them out to chase. (The reason she needs a different foster home). She does leave our older cat who refuses to run alone! Canela is on meds three times a day for VF and pain control. She no longer requires a fentanyl patch. She takes her meds easily in pill pockets and seems to be fairly well house broken. She walks on a lead but not sure how much training she has had. She listens well and will be a good learner!
