Cameron Poodle Mix Palatine, IL

Hi. My name is Cameron, the geeky friend of Ferris and Sloane. My foster mom refers to us as the Bueller clan. We were all surrendered by our original owner…not sure why. Sloane found her forever home and Ferris is leaving for his soon, too. I’m still in need of mine.

I’m an 8 year old Poodle mix who gets along with everyone. I don’t have a mean bone in my body. I love to walk, be outside, eat and just hang around with my dog and people friends. I haven’t been exposed to cats but my foster mom thinks I would be good with any creature.

My least favorite thing is when my foster mom leaves me. I am not shy about vocalizing my disappointment thus I’d do best in a single family home. Really, I’d like a home where I won’t be left alone too often. I’m very good; I don’t do any damage, just demonstrate my wide vocal range and different voices.

I am a good listener and I come when called. My foster mom has not taught me any tricks yet. She is so busy. I’m smart and eager to please so training me should be easy. I weigh a delightful 13 pounds. And, bonus, I don’t shed!

Adoption shows are stressful for me and I let everyone know it. My voice carries so you will likely hear me before you see me. Please don’t let this scare you off — it’s just such a stressful situation for me. You’ll discover I am much cuter than the photos of me represent. I am very loyal and ready to meet my forever family. I promise to give years of love and cuteness.

If we do not receive any communication from you, the dog may be adopted out at our event prior to 12 pm if the perfect home comes along. :-)

However, visual breed identification is unreliable. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog’s individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess. Dogs are individuals.
