Callisto is a male puppy born approximately 10/9/20 who was brought into a shelter as an owner surrender with his mom, Moon, and his littermates. When their time was up at that Kentucky shelter, we took the family in and they are now looking for their forever homes. We believe based on moms size that Callisto will be a medium sized adult dog. His adoption fee is $399 and includes his vaccinations, neuter, microchip and routine labwork. Please email us to start the adoption process.

For adoptions of puppies 6 months old or younger, you must reside within 50 miles of Shorewood, IL.

Adoption donations for adult dogs range from $59 to $299 and puppies from $159 to $599. This includes:
- Spay or neuter surgery
Vaccines current to the date of adoption*:
- Rabies vaccine
- Bordatella vaccine
- Booster for canine Distemper, Adenovirus type 1 & 2, Leptospirosis,
Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Coronavirus (DHLPPC)
- Canine Influenza vaccine
- Fecal test
- 1st worming
- Heartworm test (+6 months old)
- Capstar flea treatment
- Microchip identification implant
* Boosters required for puppies and kittens (depending on age) POST adoption are the responsibility of the pet owner.

Heartworm prevention must also be purchased at the time of adoption and prices vary depending on the size of the animal being adopted. Puppies under 6 months old are required to sign up for a puppy obedience class. ($89 deposit required, refundable upon completion)

Come Ready to Adopt:

If you rent or live in a condo/townhouse with an association, bring your lease/bylaws indicating pets are allowed and if there are any restrictions. We require vaccinations and tests to be up to date for the protection of your current pets. Bringing their vet records can help speed the adoption process. All adults in the household must be present and co-sign the application.
