Meet Callan
Meet Callan: Your Future Best Friend!
Callan is here and ready to steal your heart! This cute shepherd mix puppy (maybe some hound, too) is the definition of a friendly, outgoing charmer. He loves running around the yard with his brother and truly enjoys visits from the neighborhood kids! He’s good with the resident dog and knows when she needs her space. Hailing all the way from Kentucky, Callan is eager to leave his little paw prints on his new world—and especially on your heart!
He is a true snuggle-bug and will be the first to claim a spot right next to you or if you’re busy, he will claim a spot nearby to rest his head. He is learning to do his business outside and I feel like when he is on a schedule, and the sole puppy of the home, he will master this in no time. After he has had some good play, he quiets down rather quickly once he knows it’s bedtime. He currently sleeps in a room with his brother, enjoying his soft rock music, toys, food, and a comfortable place to take care of business.
This little guy has so much love to give and is patiently waiting for a family to call his own. He likes to show off his smarts, sitting for treats and coming when called. There is nothing better than a Kentucky Brown Dog so come meet Callan! He absolutely will not disappoint in his quest to become the apple of your eye!
Callan is estimated to be 13 weeks old and 10 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
