Sunny Skys Animal Rescue is moving this show on the road! We are having an adoption event in Sumner, WA this Saturday 1/23/21 from 10-4 for an adoption event! This will run like our normal shelter hours and pre approved applicants will be invited to meet and possibly adopt our amazing Sunny Sky's stars! Calico came to us from another rescue group in the hopes we could find this handsome guy a home! We understand he has had a difficult young life in a hoarding situation. He came to us scared and protective. But with our wonderful volunteers and lots of positive training and TLC Calico is developing trust. He seems to pick his special people. But his group seems to enlarge with kindness. Calico went from sitting in the corner of his kennel to greeting us with a wagging tail. He loves to play in the yard where tossing a ball is the most fun! Not only does he enjoy fetch but he will toss the ball and play fetch with himself! He loves his treats and is very attentive which will help with the positive consistent training he will definitely need. We are looking for an adult only home with lots of dog experience to help Calico as he continues to blossom. A large secure fenced yard would also be helpful. Calico's DOB is 8/24/19.

Calico's adoption fee is $259. This includes the Spay/Neuter surgery, age appropriate current vaccines , microchip, and preventative flea treatment.
