Calder Spaniel Mix Los Alamitos, CA

Calder is a male mix breed puppy born around 7/8/22. He is now 4 1/2 lbs and is a precious little bundle of black soft fur. We are making a complete guess as to his breed, he looks a little like a spaniel, a little like a pomeranian, a little like a border collie... and who knows what else. Our guess is that he will be a small/medium dog, not tiny and not large, 15-25 lbs being most likely. He loves people, being held and being the center of attention, he is smart and will be a great dog for someone with time/desire and experience to train a puppy. He looks like a little toy bear with button eyes, so cute. He is very active and does not love being confined, as a matter of fact he can figure out a way out of most playpens. He loves other dogs and a doggy playmate would be best, even a much bigger one.
This dog is not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please do not apply.

We do not have a shelter/kennel. Our pets are fostered/boarded all over LA and Orange County.
This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some case a home check.
