Meet CAINE!
This happy, go-lucky, people-friendly, gentle-giant has had enough of shelter life and is not above begging for a forever family. He has attended obedience classes and was non reactive to the dogs there. He is kennel stressed.
CAINE, a 5 year old, 82-pound red bully blend, entered the Lodi Animal Services shelter in January as a stray. His behavior assessment identified his as "highly adoptable".
During his time at the shelter, CAINE has been through obedience training and became a staff favorite. He knows basic commands and loves human contact, especially being brushed and petted. He gets stressed with all the noise in the shelter, but he romps and plays like a pup when out in the yards. He loves sunning himself and rolling on his back. He has the gentlest mouth for taking treats.
He's a nice, friendly boy, but strong, so will need an experience owner. Because of his size a home with small children is not recommended.
