To set up a meet and greet, please fill out a dog adoption application ASAP or if you have already submitted one with us, call/email to put your name in line. We will form a line like usual based on who has an active and approved application in. We will slowly go through our line to set up a private meet and greet for potential adopters to foster.

4 year old, male, Lab/Dachshund mix
Buttons was surrendered to the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter with his siblings after his mom was in and out of jail. Buttons has a long and short body was is agile and could play fetch ALL day long. He gets long well with other dogs and all humans he has interacted with so far. We will continue to learn more about Buttons in the coming days!

Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy.

Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.
