Butterscotch is easy going and enjoys people whether an adult or a child. Because of his small stature (don’t say short---he is proud of his longish legs) but we do think that Mr. Butterscotch will appreciate either an adult home or if with children, they should be 5 years +
When you provide him a hello, he is perky and easy to give and receive love.
Butterscotch is afraid of other dogs; he may have been bullied by other dogs. With an experienced person who understands how to create safe boundaries and develop a trusting relationship with Butterscotch, he could live with other dogs.
He is all about people, people, people.
