BUSTER- DAWGS Hound Mix Port Saint Joe, FL

Buster was 34 lbs 2 years old when he came into our care and is now a robust 57 lbs. He had an injury to his foot but it has healed completely. Buster is a fun loving boy who is eager to learn and is playful. He enjoys playtime and getting the attention and love that he has missed for most of his life. Buster wants a home where he can enjoy country living outdoors and cuddle time indoors.

The dogs selected for this program go through an intense 8-week training session and live with their trainers, handlers and caretakers in a dormitory style work camp. All of these dogs have had an extensive temperament test and get along well with other dogs and people. Buster will graduate on Aug. 23, 2017.

The dogs are all crate trained, house trained, and basic obedience trained. They can be expected to sit, stay, recall, down, heel, and respond to no and leave it. The dogs are also well trained on a leash.
