Buster Is Waiting!!<br/>Buster has been waiting over a year for his forever home! Thankfully, he’s been in a loving foster home where he’s making big strides every day, but what he really needs is a family of his own.<br/>This sweet 8-year-old boy started out shy and uncertain, especially around men, but with time and patience he’s learning that people can be safe and kind. He’s even grown close to his foster dad, happily snuggling up for cozy nights — yes, this cutie gets bed privileges. <br/>Buster’s Progress & Personality:<br/> Gets along great with his dog foster sibling and lives peacefully with cats<br/> Completely house-trained and trustworthy indoors — no kennel needed<br/> Knows “sit” and is learning “come” and “down”<br/> Loves zoomies, ball chasing and burrowing under blankets<br/> Excited for walks — hops around when he sees the leash<br/> Eager to go on car rides, though still a bit nervous in the car<br/> Big fan of butt scratches <br/> Needs a bit of time to warm up to visitors<br/>Buster does best in a calm, consistent environment with patient adopters who will give him time to adjust and feel safe. Because of his timid nature, older, dog-savvy kids (12+) would be the best fit.<br/>After all this time, Buster is so ready to make the leap into his forever home.
