Meet Bunny

Meet Bunny!! This sweet girl will be arriving into our rescue in a few weeks and will be in need of a forever home. Bunny is a first for us. After rescuing 2400 dogs, firsts are hard to come by. But Bunny will be the first dog we provided rescue for who has a prosthetic back leg!! We cannot wait to meet her...she loves people, other dogs and cats, too. We are accepting applications for her now and her current foster mom sent this update on Bunny:
Bunny has her prosthetic, she uses it but does not NEED it. She gets along just great without it. I don’t think she finds it comfortable wile she is laying around. She pulls at it a bit. She does not bother it at all in the yard. She has great respect for my other dogs and does not over step her place. Bunny loves to be right next to you at all times, definitely a Velcro dog. She plays well, not too rough but she does softly nibble like a true Pibble. Hey...that rhymes!!.
Bunny is spayed, current with vaccinations and micro-chipped. She has recently tested negative for heart-worm disease and she is on preventatives. If you would like to adopt or foster Miss Bunny, please submit the adoption application through our website OneLifeToLiveRescue.com. A rescue volunteer will then be in touch with you to answer any questions that you might have and to discuss our ever popular "Foster-to-Adopt" program with you.. The recommended adoption donation for this sweet dog is $325 to help with the cost of vet bills. Thank you for your consideration of giving a wonderful home to a beautiful, rescued Mixed-Breed Dog. We are trying to strictly follow all suggested safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic. All recommendations will be respected with as limited person-to-person contact as allowed. Masks are required at this time during any and all interaction with others.. We promise to do our best to keep everyone safe while helping our dogs find loving homes during these trying times. Bunny has been adopted by her Foster-to-Adopt family!! Her new name is "Josie" and she will be spending the "happily-ever-after" part of her life in Hazleton, PA!!
