Meet Bugsy

Bugsy is a 1-year-old, 26-pound pup with a happy-go-lucky spirit and the perfect "not too big, not too small" size. With his snowy white coat and brindle eye patches, he's as handsome as he is lovable.

Energy and Personality
Bugsy is a young, active, and cheerful dog who loves being out and about. On walks, he shines, curious about the world around him and thrilled to take it all in. He's friendly with every person he's met, from transport volunteers to his foster family, and greets life with enthusiasm.

Training and Behavior
Like many many adolescent pups, Bugsy still shows some jumpy and mouthy behaviors, but he's already learning that calm gets him the attention he craves. He's proving to be a quick study: no accidents in the house, quiet nights in his crate, and an eagerness to please when treats are involved.

Social Life
People are Bugsy's favorite. He thrives on human connection and soaks up affection like a sponge. He's also enjoying his toys, discovering the joys of yard play, and settling into the rhythm of family life.

Special Notes
Bugsy came into rescue underweight, with ribs that still show. He's now eating multiple small meals daily and working with a snuffle mat to slow him down. Once he fills out, he's going to be even more stunning. His new family will want to continue reinforcing his good manners while giving him the love he so clearly deserves.
