Buffy is currently looking for a family with power breed experience. She is strong and stubborn, but when she finds her people, she loves them! She will test the waters with new people to see what she can get away with, but if her handlers are consistant with her training she listens well. She is super sweet with people, and just so happy to be here. She is very treat motivated which will come in handy with her ongoing training. Buffy is house-trained and is learning to tolerate her crate, but prefers to be free-roaming. She will require a fenced backyard where she can burn her energy and get her zoomies out. Buffy is a young dog who came into rescue with little to no training. She will benefit from adolescent obedience classes and a family who is willing to help her become the very best Buffy she can be. In return, she will be your loyal sidekick and friend until the end. Buffy can be reactive to other dogs, so slow and proper introductions with calm easy going dogs is a must, however she would do best as an only pet in her home.

Buffy has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested and treated with Nexgard Spectra. Buffy came into our care from a local shelter.

***We do require every applicant to provide a vet reference and we do follow up with your vet. If you do not currently have a vet as you have no pets, we strongly encourage you to do your research and contact vets to make sure they are accepting new patients. You must have a vet in place before bringing a new dog home. You will be required to give your vet permission to release information to us, we also require two personal references as well that will be contacted. We have policy and procedure in place while screening homes. If a family refuses any step in the process they will not qualify for adoption. We are not currently doing adoptions across the boarder.***
