Meet Buddy! A 7yo, 3-pound sweetheart who cannot wait to find his forever home.

Buddy makes up for his lack of teeth with super awesome snuggling. He would make an amazing reading or nap partner!

Buddy would prefer a home without other animals. With kids, because he is so fragile, it would be best if there are any kids in the home that they be older (over 10yo).

The crate is a no-go for him as he barks the entire time that he is in it. When his foster mom has to go out, she lets him roam with a belly band just in case. Regarding potty training, he does great as long as he is let out regularly. We are still working on a few “marking” behaviors but making progress!

Buddy does not need a ton of exercise but loves to go on strolls and enjoys playing with his squeaky toys. Other than that, he is content snuggling, sleeping, and following you around everywhere. He also loves camping out on your pillow when it’s time for bed.

Buddy cannot wait to find a loving home where he can spend time with his people and enjoy life!



His adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, & Bordetella), HW and flea/tick preventative, and microchip implant and registration.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best guess.

Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 75-mile radius of the Minneapolis, MN city center.
