Buddy is a 6-year-old Pekingese mix who came to the Shelter after his beloved owner passed away and extended family could no longer keep him. Naturally he was very sad when he first arrived, but now his true outgoing personality has re-emerged and he’s super sweet, friendly with everyone he meets, peaceful around other animals, and totally adorable. He’s calm and quiet, waits to be taken outdoors for his “nature breaks,”walks nicely on a leash, is in good health and has lots of good years left to enjoy with just the right new owner. He would be happy living indoors and could be perfect for someone who wants a small well-mannered companion dog
