Hi, I’m Buddy. I’m a mixed breed who is about two years old and I weigh about 28kg. My foster family says my name is perfect for me because I want to be everyone’s friend.

I love people, other dogs, cats, and kids. I’m not a barker, in fact, I’ve never barked for my foster family at all. I love being around people and just want to be loved all the time. Whenever I see a place to stick my nose to get snuggles I’ll put it there. It’s just my favourite thing to do!

I’m really good in the house and don’t make a mess or damage anything. I know where my bed is. I get the run of the house when I am alone and I usually just go to my bed and lie down and wait for my family to come back.

I haven’t been home alone for long periods of time and I would be happiest if I was around someone most of the time.

I’m getting much better at walking without pulling but I do get excited to see everything and sometimes have to be reminded to slow down.

I am still not fond of car rides but I’m getting better at being in a car than I was before. I’ll need patience when it comes to knowing that a car ride is a fun thing to do.
