Meet Buddii - MI
Meet Buddii!
Buddii is a Black Mouth Cur mix, born around 12/06/22! He is neutered, heartworm negative and UTD on vaccines and preventatives. He currently weighs about 40-45ish pounds. He is just a sweet, friendly guy!
His foster mama says:
"Buddii loves playing, snuggling, walks, and FOOD. We don't talk about it in front of him but we have to limit food and snacks very closely. He has a tendency to gain weight. We do our best not to hurt his feelings. No food aggression but he does like to sample everybody's food. He likes kids, other dogs, and lying in shade on a summer afternoon. He is neutered, house and doggy door trained. He is a little shy with new people but warms up very quickly. We call him "Mr Anything for a Treat". Buddii would like walks and snuggling on the couch with his new family. Has been in a crate for a short time at intervals without problems."
He's ready for his new family to take him home!
Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue in Arkansas.
We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI.
Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue.
Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee.

Before we can change your new furbaby’s status from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $50 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we will stop accepting applications.
The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport.
