To set up a meet and greet, please fill out a dog adoption application ASAP or if you have already submitted one with us, call/email to put your name in line. We will form a line like usual based on who has an active and approved application in. We will slowly go through our line to set up a private meet and greet for potential adopters to foster.

Bubba, 2 year old, male, Hound mix.
Bubba was transferred to the AAC from Star Valley on 3/20. He was found after being shot by BB guns leaving wounds all over his body. He was also found emaciated and needing to gain some healthy weight. He immediately went into foster care to decompress and we got him the first appointment with Jackson Animal Hospital we could. It was apparent that he needed his eye removed (likely an injury from the BB gun shots). He is a big goofy boy who LOVES to play with others and likes to talk. We are still learning about him with cats/kids and will learn more in the coming days. We will begin accepting applications on him and setting up meet and greets while he recovers from his surgery!

Please note, Animal Adoption Center cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue. We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy.

Please know that our intention is to insure long lasting committed homes for the animals at the AAC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit we reserve the right to refuse adoption.
