Meet Bruno
Meet Bruno! Bruno was rescued from Sanger Animal Shelter, where he arrived as a stray so we do not know much about his life prior.
Bruno is a gentle soul who likes other dogs! He is sensitive and sweet, and prefers women to men, so any male adopter who will be a part of his life will need to take steps to work on gaining a bond and trust (walks, hand feeding, focus-based commands would be a great place to start). Even when he is scared though, he is not aggressive.
Bruno walks well on leash! He is working on reducing accidents in the house but the belly band has helped curtail this behavior.
Bruno is an estimated 6 years old but we do not know his true age. He recently underwent major dental work for tooth extractions and is fully vetted and neutered. Good blood work, and negative for heartworm/4dx, and fecal tested.
We do not know how Bruno is with kiddos as we have not seen him around them; he ignores squirrels on walks but we have not seen him with cats.
