When 8 year old, Bruce, came up to us from our shelter partner, this handwritten note from his foster came along with him. It says...

“Hi! I am Bruce’s foster mom for the past year. So I just wanted to tell you guys a little about him and thank you all so much for helping him! Bruce has had a pretty rough life. He was chained in a terrible neighborhood for most of his life until he ended up in the shelter. Bruce was going to be euthanized until we decided to foster him. We love Bruce very much and pray he finally finds a forever loving home. Bruce gets along great with other low key pups. He doesn’t like to share food or treats. No kitties for Bruce please!! Bruce loves children! He spends lots of time with my two kids. He likes to suck on his bed or blanket like a baby. He is also very vocal. Bruce is a big baby and loves everyone. Please take care of this old man. He has been through a lot and deserves a loving family. Thank you all so very much.??”
