Brooklyn is a 5-year-old pit mix who came to us from a shelter in Mississippi, and she’s ready to find her forever family. She’s the perfect medium size and has an even more perfect personality to match.

This sweet girl is a certified snuggle bug and a total people lover—she’s a stage five clinger in the best way possible. Brooklyn wants nothing more than to be by your side, whether that’s curled up on the couch or following you around the house just to be near you.

She’s making great progress with crate training—she may bark a bit at first, but she settles quickly, especially when she knows food is on the way (she loves to wait in her crate for meals!). She’s had only one accident in the house and is quickly mastering potty training.

Brooklyn is amazing with kids and loves being part of a family. She may take a little time to warm up to new dog friends, but once she does, she’s all about playtime and companionship. She’s calm on leash and enjoys her walks, though she’s still working on her leash manners when she gets excited in busy places.

Curious, eager to please, and endlessly lovable, Brooklyn is the kind of dog who will steal your heart and become your most devoted companion. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy with a heart of gold, Brooklyn is your girl!
