Brooke $25 Adoption Fee American Staffordshire Terrier & Pit Bull Terrier Mix Cincinnati, OH

Brooke is a sweet and sassy senior 12 year old pit mix. She’s had her bags packed for a long time waiting for her new home. This loving, ambitious, loyal pup has had a rough life but bears no ill will towards her humans at all! She knows the right owner is out there for her! She’s refused to give up on finding a forever home and just needs you to consider how obedient and affectionate of a life partner she can be.

Some of Brooke’s interests include: playing a few rounds of fetch, being the only fur baby (no other four legged family members), snuggling her owner, wiggling her butt and snacking on some peanut butter Kongs. Brooke will thrive in a home that can give this sweetheart some attention. She does great being house trained but don’t leave her alone too long because she will do her best making it outside to potty but can leave a dribble here and there making her way to the bathroom. (Don’t judge her. This is mostly managed by meds. You would dribble too if you were a 12 year old orphan! Please only apply if you are understanding and loving and ok with the minimal extra care she needs as she’s got a 100 other positive qualities to show you. )

However, don’t let her age fool you-Brooke’s got plenty of spunk to add to a loveable family. She’ll be easy to groom, sociable, enthusiastic, playful, passionate and friendly. Come meet Brooke and see if you will be the hero to give her a forever home in her golden years! Her adoption fee is $25.

All of our dogs come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where dogs can be seen during the week.
