Meet Bronny!

PLEASE before you keep scrolling bc of his breed KEEP READING.

If there were ever a mascot for the American Staffordshire Terrier, it's Bronny! He is a good-natured and loyal companion that loves people, kids, and other dogs alike. Despite his size, he's happy to curl up on your lap if you will permit it. He's a chill personality who's happy to keep busy playing alone with his toys, though he does not mind sharing. He has good energy and loves a walk, but on a hot summer day he would rather sunbath than run around the yard. He's crate trained and will only cry in his crate if he has to go to the bathroom. He's housebroken. When he has to go, he will let you know by going to the door and pacing and/or whining to let you know it's time. Bronny knows his basic commands such as "sit" and "stay." He's a food motivated and natural people pleaser. He loves to take car rides! The reason Bronny is being surrendered is because the kids are experiencing allergies and have been diagnosed with a dog allergy so he can no longer stay.

Bronny is being surrendered bc the children in the home are allergic to him. We took Bronny to the vet earlier in the week to get him caught up to date on his vetting so he could attend our weekly adoption event, but unfortunately Bronny will not be going to the event. His skin is in such poor condition that he needs several medical baths and antibiotics before he can go anywhere. He also tested positive for Lyme's Disease. ? Bronny will need to have all of this under control before he can get neutered. Also, right now, he can only receive one vaccine at a time as to not overload his immune system while he recovers. He is looking at weeks and weeks in he kennel bc we have no available foster homes for him.

Our last fundraiser for Bronny was to raise funds for basic vetting. We are opening his fundraiser back up to raise funds for treatment of his skin condition, Lyme's Disease, and boarding. If there was ever an ideal representative of the breed it's Bronny. He's 83 lbs., good with other dogs and loves kids. He's medium energy and 3-years-old. Help us get him to the adoption event so he can find his family!
