Meet Brody (I LOVE My Toy!)

Brody is two years of age and had been dealt a bad hand in life. His former owner not just neglected and starved him but abandoned him in the middle of the desert. The local animal shelter found Brody whimpering in the desert, carrying around a toy in his mouth. They traced Brody's owner via his microchip, and the owner told them, "I don't want the dog anymore!"

At The Fuzzy Pet Foundation - (TFPF), Brody has been getting plenty of love and attention. His teeth were nicely polished, and he has been gaining back his weight. We are helping Brody to open up more to humans as he is understandably hurt and traumatized.

Brody is a very loving boy who would do best in an adult-only home. He is afraid of certain men. While he will tolerate other dogs, he prefers to be the only pet, too. He thrives on routine and would love a guardian who spends a lot of time inside the home. Brody gets attached to people very fast -- he follows around our volunteers, whimpers to let us know he is feeling insecure or scared. He LOVES to go on walks and will carry around his toy everywhere he goes!
