Meet Britt
Britt has found her forever home in Boston, MA with Kendra K and Neal E.
Britt is a young (1-2 year old) lab/ plot hound mix. She weighs about 40 pounds.
Britt came into rescue when her family moved and left her behind. She is safe in a foster home and loving life! She is a very sweet dog, who loves to spend time with her foster family. She gets along with other dogs, does well with cats, and ignored the chickens in her previous home. Britt likes to go for walks. She is housebroken and crate trained. Her foster mom says "Britt is as sweet as they come".
Britt would love a family that can give her lots of love, attention and belly rubs. A fenced yard is a plus
As with all of our dogs, she would do best with children 5 and older.

Please complete an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up. If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit by clicking on our rescue's name in this posting (Forever Home Rescue New England--in purple) which will bring you to a new page with the deposit link at the bottom. STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
