Meet Briggs.

This sweet boy is looking for a patient family to help bring out that sunshine.

He energetically greets you home whether you have been gone a couple of hours or a few minutes!! Though he is all sunshine and tail wags, he is also a little shadow following his people -- he will even stand watch while you are in the shower!

He may be small, but he is mighty athletic. A case of the zoomies, and you'll see him jump heights. He has done well with his foster cat sibling and is learning that dogs on his walks are not to be feared but can be friends.

He usually uses his pee pad or relieves himself on walks. Briggs has started to enjoy his walks and gets so wrapped up in smelling and exploring he forgets why we went outside.

He enjoys treats, cheese, and his snuggly beds. He has not shown interest in toys or bones, but that may change. Briggs sleeps well through the night and is okay in his crate.

Briggs would be a perfect match for patient owners who will teach him pets are nice and that leashes aren't scary.
